Job summary

L&M Corrugated Container Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our in-office team in Appleton, WI. You will manage customer accounts and orders from start to finish, coordinating with Sales, Design, Scheduling, and Production to ensure a seamless experience.

We offer a Monday-Friday schedule with starting pay between $22 and $25 per hour, plus opportunities for growth in a family-owned company that values teamwork, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, account management, or office administration preferred.
• Manufacturing, packaging, logistics, or distribution experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and orders from start to finish
• Coordinate with Sales, Design, Scheduling, and Production teams
• Process orders, changes, and customer requests accurately
• Communicate order status and provide solutions to customer concerns
• Build strong relationships with customers and serve as a trusted resource
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Support continuous improvement efforts and administrative projects as needed
