Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process orders received by mail, telephone, or in person.
• Provide price quotations for customers and account managers.
• Assist account managers and management with administrative tasks.
• Enter and review orders to determine total cost for customers.
• Follow up on orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Investigate and resolve routine customer inquiries and issues.
• Route orders to appropriate departments for processing.
• Expedite urgent orders and communicate updates to customers.
