Job summary

ADVANTAGE MEDIA SERVICES LLC is seeking an Account Manager to manage day-to-day client communications and coordinate across operations, finance, and the CS team. You will project manage client transitions, implement client programs with operations, and ensure accurate payroll billing data.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and relationship-building skills to deliver seamless client service and maintain QC standards across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in promotional material management or B2B/B2C service environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to oversee multiple client service activities and coordinate with operations.

Responsibilities

• Represent AMS in communications with clients and internal teams.
• Project manage client transition whenever new clients sign on.
• Coordinate client service activities across production, receiving, shipping, IT, and other areas.
• Define and monitor QC measures and tolerances per client/AMS requirements.
• Supervise client service and administrative staff.
• Audit payroll data for billing accuracy and generate client billing information.
