Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in promotional material management or client service operations.
• Experience with reporting and analysis and strong client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Represent AMS in client communications.
• Project manage client transitions when new clients sign on.
• Coordinate client service activities across operations (production, receiving, shipping, IT).
• Interact with operations to implement client programs and processes.
• Define and monitor QC measures and tolerances per requirements.
• Supervise client service and administrative staff.
• Audit payroll data for billing accuracy.
• Generate client billing information.
• Attend meetings with clients and operations.
• Manage safety policy and purchasing within defined requirements.
• Assist GM in building maintenance and security.
