AMS Fulfillment in New Castle, DE is seeking an Account Manager I to oversee daily client communications and coordinate with CS and operations. You will help capture billings, work with Finance, and handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth service delivery.

In this role you will project-manage client transitions, coordinate service activities across production, receiving, shipping, and IT, and drive process improvements to meet client requirements while maintaining AMS safety and billing

Formación

• 2 years of experience in promotional material management or B2B/B2C service industries.
• Experience in operations, reporting and analysis.
• Proven client relationship building and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Represent AMS in client communications.
• Project manage client transitions when new clients sign on.
• Coordinate client service activities across production, receiving, shipping, IT.
• Interact with operations to implement client programs.
• Audit payroll data for billing accuracy.
• Generate client billing information.
