Job summary

Advantage Media Services is seeking a Senior Account Manager for our CA operations. This role will manage day-to-day client communications, coordinate with the CS team and operations, and ensure accurate billing with Finance.

The position requires strong project management, onboarding and client service skills, with oversight of inventory processes and HR paperwork. Office-based role in Valencia/Commerce area with standard day shift.

Qualifications

• 5years’ experience in Fulfillment, Administrative and Client Service Skills.
• Experience in operations, reporting and analysis.
• Proven ability to audit billing data and manage HR paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Represent AMS in communications with clients professionally.
• Project manage client transitions and onboarding.
• Coordinate client service activities across production, receiving, shipping, IT, etc.
• Schedule inventory synchronization with clients and oversee process.
• Interact with operations staff to implement client programs.
• Supervise client service and admin staff.
• Keep the client service team trained and manage HR paperwork.
• Audit Paycom data for billing accuracy; generate client invoices.
