• 5 years’ experience in Fulfillment, Administrative and Client Service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with order processing and warehouse/IT systems.
• Auditing billing data for accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Represent AMS in client communications professionally.
• Project manage client transitions when new clients sign on.
• Oversee onboarding of clients East/West and assist training.
• Coordinate client service activities across production, receiving, shipping, IT, etc.
