Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in a service provider environment.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and expanding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building relationships with HR and Operations.
• Lead recruitment activities, achieve KPI targets, and manage SLAs.
• Present quarterly business reviews to leadership; price and sell services.
• Develop industry knowledge, network, and maintain client satisfaction.
• Plan growth strategies and ensure timely, compliant service delivery.
