Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to be the primary client contact for our programs and to align with the client’s objectives. You will lead daily recruitment and fulfillment, track KPIs, and drive ongoing program success across teams.

In this role you will grow client relationships, manage a recruitment team, and deliver insights through reporting and data trends. Excellent communication and strategic planning are essential as you expand our footprint and ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to build client relationships.
• Ability to manage a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to implement KPIs and SLAs; knowledge of recruiting practices.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts; build relationships with HR and Operations contacts.
• Achieve high client satisfaction via surveys and reviews.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary and permanent placements.
• Maintain knowledge of target industries, roles, market share, and competition.
