Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and escalation point for our programs in Londonderry, NH. You will align with client objectives, manage daily recruitment activities, and drive KPI performance to sustain growth and high client satisfaction.

In this role you will price and sell services, build relationships with key stakeholders, and lead a recruitment team to deliver fast, high-quality outcomes in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts through strong client engagement.
• Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to Directors/VP.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and perm placements).
• Manage recruitment teams to meet time-to-fill and fill rate targets.
• Develop knowledge of target industries, clients, roles, market share and competition.
