Job summary

iCIMS is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to work with an expanding base of enterprise customers in the United States. You will manage accounts, renewals, and upsell iCIMS products while delivering exceptional service.

You will communicate with clients, collaborate with marketing, and travel as needed to support on-site and conference engagements, contributing to high renewal rates and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with strong academic track record.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows OS.
• Hands-on user of Internet Explorer and web-based technologies.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision or formal structure.
• Prior client relations experience and HR software/project management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Master the iRecruiter system and communicate best practices to customers.
• Manage multiple accounts with strong interpersonal skills.
• Identify customer needs and upsell opportunities.
• Participate in sales presentations via calls, on-site meetings, and surveys.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop client references and testimonials.
• Proactively contact clients to aim for 100% renewal.
• Handle escalated customer issues.
• Travel as required.
