iCIMS is seeking a Manager in Account Services to work closely with customers and ensure their needs and expectations are met. The role requires strong ASP knowledge, customer-facing skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Travel to client sites and conferences is expected. A Bachelor degree and strong communication and presentation abilities are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with strong academic track record.
• Experience with HR systems and/or software project management is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure needs are met and expectations managed.
• Identify opportunities to add products and services.
• Participate in sales presentations and on-site customer meetings.
• Develop client references, case studies, and testimonials with Marketing.
• Proactively contact assigned clients to support renewal and satisfaction.
• Handle escalated customer issues and travel as needed.
