Job summary

iCIMS is seeking a Manager in the Account Services Department to work closely with customers and ensure expectations are met. The role requires strong ASP systems knowledge and outstanding interpersonal communication to manage multiple accounts and identify growth opportunities.

The Manager will participate in sales presentations, collaborate with Marketing on client references, and drive renewal rates while addressing escalated issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts within the iCIMS portfolio and ensure expectations are met.
• Participate in sales presentations via calls, seminars, and on-site meetings.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop client references and testimonials.
• Proactively contact clients to pursue renewal and expand product usage.
• Respond to escalated customer issues with timely resolution.
