Job summary

iCIMS, a fast-growing SaaS company in the United States, seeks an Account Services Manager in the Washington, DC area. You will work closely with customers to ensure their needs are met, learn the iRecruiter system, and communicate the most efficient ways to use iCIMS products.

You will manage multiple accounts, identify opportunities for additional products, participate in presentations and client surveys, and collaborate with Marketing to create references.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with strong academic track record.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows OS and IE.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in client relations and HR systems or software project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with iCIMS customers to ensure needs and expectations are met.
• Master the iRecruiter system and communicate best utilization methods.
• Build strong relationships and manage multiple accounts effectively.
• Identify customer needs and potential opportunities for add-on products.
• Participate in sales presentations, calls, on-site meetings, and surveys.
• Coordinate with Marketing to develop client references and case studies.
• Proactively contact assigned clients to pursue renewals.
• Handle escalated customer issues.
• Some travel required.
