Job summary

iCIMS is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to join our Account Services team in Washington, DC. You will manage client relationships, drive renewals, present value through iRecruiter-based solutions, and coordinate with Marketing to develop references and testimonials.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor degree, excel at communication, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple accounts with minimal supervision while identifying opportunities to expand services and meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with strong academic track record.
• Experience with all Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on user for Microsoft Internet Explorer and related web-based technologies.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision or formal structure.
• Previous experience with client relations and experience in HR systems and/or software project management are significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts and ensure renewal targets are met.
• Assist in sales presentations via calls, on-site meetings, and client surveys.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop client references, case studies and testimonials.
• Proactively contact clients to maintain high satisfaction and renewal rates.
• Escalate and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Identify client needs and opportunities to upsell additional products/services.
