iCIMS is a fast-growing SaaS company delivering web-based recruitment solutions, with a strong focus on customer success and renewal rates. The Manager of Account Services will partner with leading clients to optimize use of iRecruiter, identify needs, and expand product adoption.

The role demands exceptional communication, multi-account management, and the ability to drive measurable impact for each client. Based in Matawan, NJ, you will collaborate across teams to deliver value and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with strong academic track record.
• Experience with all Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on user for Microsoft Internet Explorer and related web-based technologies.
• Must have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision or formal structure.
• Previous experience with client relations and experience in HR systems and/or software project management are significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and communicate best and most efficient methods of utilizing iRecruiter products.
• Manage multiple accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proactively identify expansion opportunities and add additional products and services.
• Participate in sales presentations through calls, seminars, on-site meetings, and client surveys.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop client references, case studies, and testimonials.
• Work escalated customer issues to resolution and maintain high renewal rates.
