Job summary

iCIMS is seeking an Account Services Manager to partner with customers and ensure their needs are met while driving adoption of iRecruiter. You will work closely with key accounts to deliver value and manage expectations.

You will manage multiple accounts, identify upsell opportunities, participate in sales presentations, and collaborate with Marketing on references and testimonials. Renewals and escalated issues are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with strong academic track record.
• Strong knowledge of ASP systems and ability to learn iRecruiter quickly.
• Experience with client relations and HR systems or software projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer accounts and communicate best methods for using iCIMS products.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities to upsell additional products and services.
• Participate in sales presentations via conference calls, seminars, and on-site meetings.
• Assist Marketing with client references, case studies, and testimonials.
• Proactively contact clients to pursue renewal and handle escalated issues.
