Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is a remote digital agency delivering paid media, SEO, CRO and web for marketing-led brands. As Client Success Manager you own an established book of recurring agency clients, ensuring renewals and growth while our sales team wins new clients.

You will work with the strategists and delivery team to present one clear voice to clients, upsell projects, and manage a seven-figure annual quota.

Qualifications

• Agency account management experience across marketing, digital, creative or advertising agencies.
• Proven track record keeping clients and selling additional work with measurable results.
• Comfort with a quota and ability to communicate clearly with senior client stakeholders.
• Must be able to work in a remote environment with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

About The Role

What You Will Own

• Retention across your book: the relationship, the renewal and the early warning when an account is drifting.
• Upsells and expansion: finding the next project inside each client and selling it.
• A seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.
• Working with the strategists and delivery team who run the work, so the client hears one clear voice.

What You Need

• Agency account management experience. Marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency. This is a must.
• A record of keeping clients and selling them more work, with numbers you can walk us through.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Base plus commission, split 50/50.
