Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is a remote digital agency delivering paid media, SEO, CRO and web for marketing-led brands. As Client Partner you own an established book of recurring agency clients, while our sales team wins new clients and you grow them.

You will manage retention, pursue upsells, and handle a seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells. You will collaborate with strategists and the delivery team to ensure clients hear one clear voice and experience results.

Qualifications

• Agency account management experience across marketing, digital, creative or advertising agencies.
• Proven ability to keep clients and sell additional work with measurable results.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

What You Will Own

What You Need

• Agency account management experience. Marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency. This is a must.
• A record of keeping clients and selling them more work, with numbers you can walk us through.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Base plus commission, split 50/50.
