Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is a fully remote digital agency delivering paid media, SEO, CRO and web services to marketing-led brands. As Client Services Manager, you will own an established book of recurring clients, keeping them happy and growing the relationship.

You will work with the sales team to win new clients while the rest of the team executes, ensuring the client hears one clear voice. Expect a seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells and a pay structure with base plus

Qualifications

• Experience in agency account management across marketing, digital, or advertising.
• Proven track record of retaining clients and selling additional work with measurable results.
• Comfortable carrying and reporting on a quota.
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior client stakeholders.

What You Will Own

• Retention across your book: the relationship, the renewal and the early warning when an account is drifting.
• Upsells and expansion: finding the next project inside each client and selling it.
• A seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.
• Working with the strategists and delivery team who run the work, so the client hears one clear voice.

What You Need

• Agency account management experience. Marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency. This is a must.
• A record of keeping clients and selling them more work, with numbers you can walk us through.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Base plus commission, split 50/50.
