Blacksmith Agency LLC is a remote digital agency delivering paid media, SEO, CRO and web for marketing-led brands. As Client Partner you own an established book of recurring agency clients and work with our sales team to win and grow them.

You will keep clients, grow revenue through upsells, and coordinate with strategists and delivery teams to ensure a single, clear client voice. This is a full-time remote role across the USA/Canada with a base plus commission and a 50/50 split.

Qualifications

• Agency account management experience.
• Proven track record of retaining clients and selling additional work.
• Comfort carrying a quota and communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

What You Will Own

• Retention across your book: the relationship, the renewal and the early warning when an account is drifting.
• Upsells and expansion: finding the next project inside each client and selling it.
• A seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.
• Working with the strategists and delivery team who run the work, so the client hears one clear voice.

What You Need

• Agency account management experience. Marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency. This is a must.
• A record of keeping clients and selling them more work, with numbers you can walk us through.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Base plus commission, split 50/50.
