Blacksmith Agency LLC is a remote digital agency delivering paid media, SEO, CRO and web services for marketing-led brands. As Client Partner you own an established book of recurring agency clients. Our sales team brings in new clients; you retain them and grow them.

You will own retention, drive expansions, and work with strategists and delivery teams to ensure a single voice for the client. Expect a seven-figure annual quota and a base plus commission compensation structure (50/50).

Qualifikationen

• Agency account management experience in marketing, digital, creative or advertising.
• Proven track record with client retention and upsells with measurable results.
• Comfort carrying a quota and hitting a seven-figure annual target.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

What You Will Own

• Retention across your book: the relationship, the renewal and the early warning when an account is drifting.
• Upsells and expansion: finding the next project inside each client and selling it.
• A seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.
• Working with the strategists and delivery team who run the work, so the client hears one clear voice.

What You Need

• Agency account management experience. Marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency. This is a must.
• A record of keeping clients and selling them more work, with numbers you can walk us through.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Base plus commission, split 50/50.
