Job summary

You'll guide cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, building trusted partnerships with clients and internal teams while driving campaigns to successful outcomes and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client success, account management, or pharma agency environments.
• Experience managing digital campaigns or content development pipelines.
• Strong communicator with prioritization and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced settings.
• Collaborative, proactive, and healthcare/tech interest.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end campaign management and delivery.
• Lead kickoff calls and oversee creative development.
• Coordinate timelines, launches, and performance reporting.
• Maintain strong client relationships and align expectations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and AdOps to optimize workflows.
• Document trackers and SOPs for team efficiency.
