You will quantify risks and opportunities, develop playbooks for client success, work with Product on feature requests, and lead strategic reviews with key accounts to ensure long-term alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations, Customer Success, or Strategy Consulting.
• Ability to analyze data and drive decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities
