Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking a Manager, Client Experience (Media) to lead strategy development, mentor junior staff, and optimize media processes. The role emphasizes client relationships, cross‑channel expertise, and stringent attention to regulatory compliance in pharma campaigns.

Based in the US with a hybrid structure, the position offers collaboration across offices like New York, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, and Lambertville, or remote options within the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years in client-facing roles within media.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Mediaocean is a plus.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Media Planner and Senior Media Planner workflow and deadlines.
• Craft insights and recommendations for monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Identify opportunities to test partners and tactics and present ideas to the client.
• Own RFP process, rank proposals, and contribute to vendor negotiations.
• Oversee day-to-day implementation and optimization of campaigns.
• Present media and reporting slides to clients.
• Manage campaign budgets and vendor reconciliation.
• Coordinate website tagging/measurement tasks.
