Job summary

Gallagher in Miami, FL is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team. You will collaborate with clients and colleagues to deliver tailored insurance solutions, manage renewals, and strengthen relationships across carrier partners.

You’ll mentor team members, ensure regulatory compliance, and use Gallagher’s technology to optimize processes while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience or High School degree/GED with a minimum of 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Desire to build relationships and deliver results.
• Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities.
• Collaborative mindset to work with teams across Gallagher.

Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal process by gathering client information, analyzing needs, and delivering timely tailored solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, secure existing business, and drive the sale of additional services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners through timely responses and excellent service.
• Help the team address client risk management needs through consultative conversations and personalized strategies.
• Mentor team members by delegating tasks, providing feedback, and fostering growth.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and high service standards.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher’s systems.
• Use Gallagher’s technology to enhance productivity and deliver quality results.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet client expectations.
