Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience
• OR High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience
• 1+ years supervisory experience
• Appropriate licensing as required
• Insurance knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day account management for an assigned group of accounts, reporting to Branch Client Service Director or Supervisor
• Lead the renewal process in partnership with Production to deliver best solutions in a timely, high-quality manner
• Secure existing business and drive sales of additional services and lines of coverage
• Cultivate relationships with buyers and day-to-day client representatives within client organizations
• Contribute to client retention, satisfaction, and overall value delivered to clients
