Gallagher is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team in the United States. You’ll work closely with clients and colleagues to provide exceptional service and deliver tailored insurance solutions, building strong relationships and solving challenges.

This role focuses on managing renewals, identifying coverage gaps, and mentoring team members while ensuring regulatory compliance and high service standards across Gallagher’s client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Strong client service and claims management background.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal process by gathering client information, analyzing needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, secure existing business, and drive cross-sell opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and carrier partners through timely responses and service.
• Support clients’ risk management needs through consultative discussions and tailored strategies.
• Mentor team members by delegating tasks and providing constructive feedback.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in Gallagher’s systems.
• Leverage Gallagher’s technology to boost productivity and deliver quality results.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines and client expectations.
