Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Branch Client Service Manager III in a Miami-area branch to deliver high-quality client service and oversee the day-to-day management of assigned accounts. You will partner with Production on renewals, secure existing business, and identify opportunities to add services and coverage.

Strong insurance knowledge and a collaborative, results-driven mindset are essential. The role reports to Branch Client Service leadership and requires 5+ years of client service/claims

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience or High School/GED with 10+ years experience.
• 1+ years supervisory experience.
• Appropriate licensing as required.
• Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
• Solid financial acumen.
• Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion.
• Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
• Works in a self-directed manner.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality and efficient service to internal and external clients through day-to-day account management of an assigned group of accounts within a Branch.
• Lead renewal process in partnership with Production to deliver best possible solution in a timely manner.
• Secure existing business and drive sales of additional services and lines of coverage.
• Cultivate relationships with buyers and client representatives to support client satisfaction and retention.
• Contribute to achieving operating/margin targets and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
