Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a Client Success Manager to cultivate strong partnerships with clients and brokers, resolve issues, and advise on best practices. You will review offerings, identify growth opportunities, and drive engagement plans with marketing to improve utilization and patient experience.

The role requires healthcare operations experience, data analytics capability, and Salesforce/Tableau proficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration and 5+ years of healthcare operations or account management experience.
Proven success managing clients with complex needs and high expectations.
Strong command of healthcare data analytics, performance guarantee models, and operational/clinical alignment.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a strong client and broker/consultant partnership with assigned customers.
Resolve issues proactively, provide timely issue resolution and best-practice consulting.
Review service/product offerings and recommend new solutions and market insights.
Identify and target revenue growth opportunities with existing clients.
Define and leverage the coverage model for assigned clients.
Coordinate with Marketing to implement client-specific engagement plans.
Drive employee and member engagement and achieve clinical and savings metrics.
Collaborate to analyze, summarize, report, and manage performance data for clinic operations.
