Marathon Health is expanding its Client Success team to strengthen partnerships with employers, brokers, and plan sponsors. The role focuses on strategic planning, proactive engagement, and driving clinical outcomes and savings for clients.

You will analyze utilization data, support new center implementations, and manage renewal terms while identifying opportunities for revenue growth and improved member engagement. A strong communication style and project management discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration; 5+ years in healthcare operations or account management.
• Proven success managing clients with complex needs and high expectations.
• Experienced with healthcare data analytics and performance guarantees.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client and broker/consultant partnerships with assigned customers.
• Lead health center implementations planning and launch.
• Renew contractual terms and drive growth opportunities with existing clients.
• Analyze, summarize, and report performance data related to clinic operations.
• Support client reporting and RFP processes as needed.
