Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a Client Success Manager I to nurture and expand partnerships with small to medium clients. You will interpret population health data, advise on best practices, and work with Sales and Operations to drive clinical and savings outcomes.

You will lead renewal efforts, coordinate implementation, and deliver client reporting while maintaining strong broker/consultant relationships. A Bachelor's in Business or Healthcare Administration is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages clients aligned to small group service package standards with standardized processes.
• Develops understanding of population health and utilization data and communicates results.
• Leads renewal and revenue growth opportunities with existing clients.
• Coordinates with Sales, Operations, and Implementation teams on client plans.
• Prepares client reporting and ensures timely contract requirements.
