Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a Client Success Manager to build and sustain strong partnerships with assigned employer and broker clients. You will oversee strategic planning, drive utilization and cost outcomes, and deliver proactive advisory on best practices.

Responsibilities include managing renewals, expanding services, analyzing population health data, coordinating with marketing, and producing regular client reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration and 5+ years of healthcare operations or client management experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex clients and influence stakeholders.
• Strong command of healthcare data analytics and performance guarantee models.
• Experience aligning operations with clinical goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of population health and healthcare utilization data.
• Lead new health center implementations planning and launch.
• Manage contractual requirements including renewals.
• Identify and target revenue growth with existing clients.
• Define and leverage the coverage model for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with marketing to create client engagement plans.
• Partner to drive employee and member engagement and improve clinical outcomes.
• Analyze, summarize, and report performance data for clinic operations.
• Track risk metrics for the partnership's success.
• Prepare client reporting and Salesforce documentation.
• Support RFPs and client eligibility processing.
• Maintain broker relationships and advocate for mutual clients.
• Deliver client reporting on the appropriate frequency.
