Marathon Health is seeking a Client Success Manager I to build and sustain strong client and broker partnerships across a portfolio of small to mid-size accounts. You will engage in strategic planning, identify opportunities to improve engagement and outcomes, and work with internal teams to optimize service delivery.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, proactive issue resolution, and ongoing consulting to maximize clinical and savings outcomes for plan sponsors and members.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration.
• 2–5 years in healthcare, health insurance, brokerage/consulting, or HR/benefits.

Aufgaben

• Manages clients aligned to small group service package standards with lower touch and standardized processes.
• Develops understanding of population health and utilization data and articulates results.
• Participates in new health center implementations planning with Sales, operations and Implementation teams.
• Leads renewal re-bids and manages contractual requirements including renewal terms.
