Marathon Health is seeking a Client Success Manager to build and sustain strong client and broker partnerships. You’ll lead strategic planning, identify opportunities to engage employees, and drive clinical and savings outcomes through proactive issue resolution and best-practice guidance.

You will analyze population health data, manage renewals, expand services, and coordinate with internal teams to improve utilization and member experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration.
• 5+ years of healthcare operations or account/client management experience.
• Experience influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong command of healthcare data analytics, performance guarantee models, and operational/clinical alignment.

Responsabilités

• Develop a deep understanding of population health and health care utilization data and articulate results.
• Participate in new health center implementations planning and launch.
• Manage contract requirements including renewal terms and renewals.
• Identify revenue growth opportunities with existing clients.
• Help define and refine the coverage model for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve products and services.
• Lead client-specific engagement plans with marketing for utilization and patient experience.
• Partner to drive engagement and achieve clinical/savings metrics and maintain open communications with clinical staff.
• Analyze, summarize, report and manage performance data related to clinic operations.
