Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client and broker/consultant partnerships with assigned clients.
• Engage in strategic and proactive planning within the client’s business line.
• Identify opportunities to engage employee and member populations to drive clinical and savings outcomes.
• Review service offerings and recommend new solutions to clients.
• Provide market insights and assist in renewals and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate client engagement plans with marketing to improve utilization and patient experience.
• Deliver client reporting and manage performance data related to clinic operations.
