Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Client Manager in Glendale, CA. You will lead front-line teams, build lasting client relationships, and drive operational metrics across a designated portfolio.

The role emphasizes iCARE leadership, safety, and service excellence in a dynamic security environment. Responsibilities include staffing, monitoring performance, budgeting, and ensuring EBITA-aligned results while maintaining compliance and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business, or related field with 2+ years managing hourly staff in a fast-paced service org.
• Associate’s degree with 3+ years managing hourly staff in a fast-paced service org.
• High School diploma with 5+ years managing hourly staff in a fast-paced service org.
• Current driver’s license for company vehicle or client visits.
• Minimum 2 years of experience driving operational goals.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to interpret financial data for budgeting and reporting.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and retain front line staff for client portfolios.
• Use AI tech, reporting tools, and BI platform to monitor metrics and optimize schedules.
• Oversee client performance metrics including budget, AR/AP, and account health.
• Build and maintain client relationships, manage crises, and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver high‑quality service while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Establish safety culture and action plans to prevent injuries.
