Job summary

Gartner Inc. in Irving, TX seeks a Client Onboarding Specialist within the New Client Engagement (NCE) team to provide a customized onboarding experience for new and upgraded clients and to conduct pre-sale demonstrations of Gartner resources, including gartner.com.

You will surface client priorities, articulate Gartner value to decision makers, and guide clients from onboarding to ongoing service delivery, collaborating with Sales to demonstrate products and drive engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficient in Portuguese and English language.
6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience with a proven track record of success fueled by a passion for driving client success.
Ability to demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills; ability to be agile and flexible.
Well defined time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Lead prospect and/or client calls to understand client priorities and challenges and articulate the value of Gartner’s renowned products and services.
Collaborate with our Sales teams on how to effectively demonstrate Gartner products and resources to prospects or clients to increase likelihood of engaging and purchasing a license.
Research prospective and existing companies, C-Level executives, business trends, and competitive intelligence to prepare relevant and tailored Gartner resources to drive impact.
