Gartner in Fort Myers, FL invites a Client Onboarding Specialist to join the New Client Engagement (NCE) team. You will lead onboarding and pre-sale walkthroughs, demonstrating Gartner resources and delivering customized client experiences that translate prospects into engaged clients.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, relationship-building with executives, and aligning Gartner research to business initiatives, contributing to Gartner growth and client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience with a proven track record of success fueled by a passion for driving client success.
• Ability to demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills; ability to be agile and flexible.
• Well defined time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead prospect and/or client calls to understand client priorities and challenges and articulate the value of Gartner's renowned products and services.
• Understand and communicate Gartner services and capabilities to prospective clients and demonstrate value to decision makers.
• Collaborate with our Sales teams on how to effectively demonstrate Gartner products and resources to prospects or clients to increase likelihood of engaging and purchasing a license.
• Communicate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value Gartner delivers to prospects and clients.
• Research prospective and existing companies, C-Level executives, business trends, and competitive intelligence to prepare relevant and tailored Gartner resources to drive impact.
