Gartner, Inc. is seeking a Client Engagement Associate within the New Client Engagement (NCE) team. You will lead calls to understand client priorities, demonstrate Gartner resources, and collaborate with Sales to drive engagement and licensing.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficient in Portuguese and English.
6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience.
Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills; agile and flexible.

Responsabilidades

Lead prospect and/or client calls to understand client priorities and articulate Gartner’s value to decision makers.
Collaborate with Sales to demonstrate Gartner products and resources to prospects or clients and to increase licensing opportunities.
Research prospective and existing companies, C‑level executives, business trends, and competitive intelligence to tailor Gartner resources for impact.
