Job summary

Epsilon is seeking a Professional, Client Success to bridge strategy and hands-on execution in digital media, supporting client and agency relationships and driving adoption of identity-based solutions. You will partner with Sales and agency partners to translate objectives into measurable campaigns and optimize performance.

You’ll synthesize insights, prepare strategic readouts, and contribute to growth through data-driven proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–5 years in digital marketing, media, analytics, or client success.
• Experience developing and nurturing client relationships.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth with clients.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into execution to drive results.
• Support optimization, upsell, and digital media growth initiatives.
• Synthesize performance insights and assist in QBRs/strategic readouts.
• Connect campaign results to broader business goals and future investment planning.
