Job summary

Bloomberg Industry Group in Arlington, TX is seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve as the main liaison for a portfolio of client accounts. You will drive engagement, adoption, and renewals while delivering training and onboarding to new users.

You will identify upsell opportunities, monitor account health, and collaborate with Relationship Partners to design tailored strategies. Travel within the territory is required, and you will participate in incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 7+ years of account management or sales experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for an existing client for engagement, adoption and renewals.
• Build long-term relationships and identify up-sell opportunities.
• Monitor account health and craft engagement strategies.
• Train and support clients to maximize product utilization, including onboarding.
• Assist clients with alerts, dashboards, and other features.
• Collaborate with Relationship Partners to plan account-specific growth strategies.
