Job summary

Bloomberg Industry Group is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive engagement, usage and renewals across assigned client accounts in the United States. You will train clients, serve as a liaison between accounts and sales, and identify upsell opportunities while collaborating with Relationship Partners to grow revenue.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in sales or account management, with the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or sales.
• 7+ years of successful sales or account management experience.
• Proven ability to prioritize accounts and manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for users within an existing client, focusing on increasing users, usage, engagement and renewals.
• Establishes long-term relationships with customers and identifies up-sell opportunities.
• Proactively monitors account health and crafts engagement strategies.
• Trains and supports assigned accounts to maximize product utilization, including onboarding training.
• Helps clients set up alerts, dashboards, and more.
• Collaborates with Relationship Partners to define account strategies and growth opportunities.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
