Job summary

COURSER is seeking a Client Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, optimizing product use and achieving goals. This role blends technical understanding, customer support, and account management to build strong relationships and drive satisfaction and retention while growing wallet share.

You will work with Outside Sales on hand-offs, develop client partnerships, and identify opportunities to expand our product and service offerings.

• Ability to identify upsell opportunities and align solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts and coordinate with Outside Sales on hand-offs.
• Develop relationships with key client decision-makers to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunity areas to expand products and services to meet client goals.
• Gather client feedback and relay insights to internal teams to improve offerings.
• Prepare for client discussions by understanding client business, stakeholders, and gaps.
• Conduct business reviews to map needs to solutions supporting client goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop quotes, pricing, and availability for clients.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues by routing to proper resources.
• Notify management of retention risks and help craft cure plans with the services team.
• Submit internal reports accurately and on time.
• Identify $raving fans, solicit referrals, and capture case studies for marketing.
• Attend weekly meetings and training as required.
