The role requires collaboration with internal teams, travel in the second week for training, and a commitment to learning product features to deliver proactive, solution-focused support
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences or equivalent experience.
- Comfortable providing live support via phone and email, troubleshooting technical issues.
- Proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused mindset.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and efficient.
- Adaptable in fast-paced environments and able to learn quickly.
- Strong relationship-building skills and client trust.
Responsibilities
