Job summary

Yardi is seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager to help multifamily clients maximize value from Yardi’s property management software.

You will provide setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing support by phone and email, building expertise in product features and industry trends to deliver exceptional client outcomes. Travel for training will be required during the second week of employment, with local or alternate-location options as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences, or equivalent experience.
• Experience providing live support via phone and email.
• Proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused mindset.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven, with focus on accuracy.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
