Job summary

Yardi is seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager to support multifamily residential clients in maximizing value from our property management software.

You will combine technical aptitude with strong communication to assist with setup, troubleshooting, and day-to-day use, ensuring a smooth and successful client experience across our product suite. Travel for training during the second week is required as part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Comfortable providing live support via phone and email, troubleshooting technical issues.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven with accuracy and efficiency.
• Able to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical software support, setup, and implementation guidance to clients via email and phone.
• Troubleshoot application issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Communicate clearly to earn client trust from setup through ongoing success.
• Share product features, best practices, and guided recommendations for client success.
• Collaborate with teams to escalate and resolve challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
• Learn continuously to stay current with product and industry trends.
