Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation seeks a Regular/Temporary Teller/Customer Service professional to provide timely client transactions and accurate records, while identifying financial needs. You will support outbound calls and IRM activities, delivering a superior customer experience across digital banking channels.

With required English and flexibility for shifts, you’ll contribute to servicing clients, maintaining records, and adhering to internal controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience preferred.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience helpful.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC and basic software.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends/extended hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations while handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
• Support sales via outbound calls and identify client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in leadership routines and ongoing training.
• Maintain internal controls and comply with policies.
