Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in the United States seeks a teller/customer service professional to provide timely and accurate client transactions while educating clients on digital channels. This role supports sales and service activities and includes outbound calling to assist with IRM initiatives.

You will engage clients, uphold control procedures, and contribute to a high-quality service experience across branch operations. Weekend and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online, Mobile banking).
• Support sales with outbound client outreach and referrals to branches.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) for client needs.
• Participate in leadership routines and training classes.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
