Qualifications

• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Willingness to work weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous, efficient transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs and online banking.
• Support sales through outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) for client solutions.
